Initially we started serving only local area comprised on local area (Faqirwali, Haroonabad, Khichiwala &Fortabbas), but later we will expand to the whole Punjab for talent hunting
The players from different areas play in the league matches. This helps the junior players to learn from the seniors. Also this helps, to boost their confidence and temperament for the crunch games as well as to work on their technique and form.
The players who are recuperating from an injury, use the league games to improve their confidence and prove to the selection committee, before playing again at the highest level.
This arrangement, brings in a huge boost to the game, its sponsors and the players equally. Viewers also get to see the star players to play alongside their local and junior players and are guaranteed entertainment. The local young talents get to play with the Professional players from different terrains, which otherwise would not have been possible, unless they were selected in the District and higher level teams. The younger players can improve their skills, get guidance from the senior players, and showcase their talent to be selected for the higher levels, or simply the player’s value goes up in the next year league & Professional leagues, since the selection is based on auction.
